رئیس جمهور: بسیاری از پیشبینیهای دشمنان درباره آشفتگی داخلی ایران رویا بوده است/ برق پایدار تأمین شده

Before noon today, Thursday, November 29, 1404, following the plans of the national unity government’s trip to Qazvin, in a meeting with investors and economic activists of the province, referring to the necessity of continuing the direct dialogue between the government and the country’s economic sectors, Masoud Bizikian stated: We have a regular schedule for monthly dialogues with organizations such as chambers of commerce, entrepreneurs and activists in the industrial and petrochemical fields. Two meetings have been held so far and the third meeting was being planned, but it was postponed due to the lack of preparation of some departments. These dialogues have been formed to plan and examine the problems in detail and to reach practical solutions so that the relevant ministries, along with the owners of the production process, identify the obstacles and present and implement specific solutions.
Emphasizing that the purpose of holding meetings is not just to hear the problems and then abandon the issue, the president said: The responsibility of the government is to remove the real obstacles from the feet of economic activists. It has been decided that these meetings will be held every month with the direct presence of the head of government so that based on detailed and expert reports, actionable results will be approved and operationalized in the way of reforming the processes.
The doctors added: According to the planning, one or two specific problems are determined in each meeting so that expert investigations can be done on the same cases. During the month, economic actors and relevant ministries discuss and interact about problems, proposals and solutions, and in the next meeting, the final summary will be presented for approval and implementation. The government is determined to continue the path of these dialogues in an orderly manner so that the meetings are not limited to the expression of problems and the decision-making path leads to the implementation and real solution of the problems.
Continuing his speech, the President emphasized the importance of the role of economic activists in the foundation of the national economy and said: the government never considers itself a competitor of the private sector, rather, the entire governance structure has been formed in the service of economic activists, because they are the main foundations of the country’s progress.
The doctors said: If there are no industrialists and traders, the economy will not be formed and the government will not be able to have financial stability. The existence of the government is to realize security, regulate regulations and improve investment platforms so that economic actors can work peacefully and as a result, the government and the country will grow. The basis of the National Unity Government’s belief is that all executive bodies and institutions gain meaning from the blessings of businessmen and artisans.
The President added: In the past years, due to oil revenues, many sectors deviated from their main path and without relying on industry and production, they financed most of the expenses from oil sales. Today, when the sale of oil is accompanied by difficulty and restrictions, the necessity of returning to the production path and supporting the industry has become more apparent. If the minds and management view of reform and work platform are provided for industrialists, producers and investors, sanctions will lose their effectiveness.
Medical experts emphasized: The Supreme Leader has recommended many times in recent years that the country should be strengthened through industrial production and investment. If this approach was implemented correctly, no power in the world could limit Iran’s economy. In the national unity government, a serious decision is made to review and approve real solutions for the development of production and investment in joint meetings with economic activists.
Pointing to the necessity of dealing with economic rent, the president said: parts of the economy are plagued by discrimination and unproductive privileges; Some people achieve huge profits by importing and taking advantage of the exchange rate gap, while producers are facing pressure and restrictions; This unfair cycle must be stopped. In future meetings, the government, in cooperation with the private sector, has decided to formulate specific solutions to eliminate sources of rent and create balance in the market so that the path of real production is opened for economic actors.
Continuing his speech, referring to the root of the country’s financial and banking problems, Majidian stated: A large part of the economic failures is caused by the decisions made by the government and parliament. Currently, there are more than 1,000 hemats of loan facilities on the shoulders of the banking system, while the total payment capacity of banks is about 1,500 to 1,600 hemats. Of this figure, about 400 hemets remain in the system as recycling, and practically, the real resources for new facilities are very limited. Thousands of these resources are assigned to sectors that are not prioritized, and this is the problem created by the wrong policy.
Emphasizing the joint responsibility of the government and the parliament in this regard, the president said: I have served 4 terms in the parliament and I know very well that part of the current problems are the result of the decisions of that time. The policies that unabashedly started big projects, and now the country is facing more than 7 thousand projects, that is, about 7 million billion tomans of half-finished projects. Financial resources are limited, but every day a new project is launched. When we look carefully, we see that the root of these problems is ourselves; It is from us that it is upon us. What is needed today is realism, not the continuation of the same expensive and fruitless path of the past.
Mezikian added: If this huge volume of half-finished projects is completed without a plan and financial reform, in many cases it will no longer function effectively during operation. The structural problems of the economy and energy should be sorted out first, and then development plans should be implemented. The fact is that when the right sources are seen, the way to reform will be determined, not by slogans and temporary measures.
Referring to the country’s energy and electricity problem, the president stated: Last year, the electricity imbalance was about 20,000 megawatts, and due to the decrease in rainfall and the power loss of hydropower plants, another 12,000 to 14,000 megawatts were out of production capacity, and the total electricity shortage reached about 30,000 megawatts. In such a situation, we should organize the path of energy supply with efficiency, effort and consumption reform.
Medikayan continued: With the work pressure and modification of the processes, part of the consumption decreased and the production also improved. A significant jump has also occurred in the field of solar panels; While the total installed capacity in the past years was about one thousand megawatts, today 3 thousand megawatts of new power plants have entered the circuit and by the end of the year it will reach about 7 to 8 thousand megawatts; Unless the energy and electricity infrastructure is managed, unsupported industrial development will not be feasible. Opening a factory without a stable electricity supply has no meaning, and the foundations of energy production must be fixed first so that the projects will come to fruition.
In another part of his speech, referring to the difficult conditions of the National Unity Government, the President said: From the first day of the formation of the government, the country faced a series of crises and pressures, but we chose the path of reform with determination and stability. Every day a new obstacle was put in front of the government, but there is a collective will to overcome these difficulties. We believe that if we all join hands with each other, with cooperation and empathy, we can overcome existing disagreements and problems. Blaming each other is not the solution, because all sectors, from the government to the parliament and from industry to business, are involved in challenges. The right way is to follow the common goal based on the directions of the Supreme Leader and move with strength towards the reform and growth of the country.
The doctors stated that the government is not looking for rent nor is it seeking to take advantage from anyone, but it has decided to bring Iran’s dignity and pride out of the threats and restrictions with proper planning. No one should accept that the country lags behind others; Our task is to create an environment where economic actors can produce and trade with quality, power and reasonable cost. The government is ready to provide all possible platforms for the realization of this goal.
The president added: the coordination between the heads of the forces and the parliament is complete in this direction and there is a joint decision on practical support for production and investment. In the recent meeting, it was decided to form a joint team consisting of representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, industrial activists and the judiciary to protect the rights of producers and traders in order to prevent the issuance of unfair rulings and the sudden arrest of producers. In the same meeting, Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Ajei, the head of the judiciary, ordered the implementation of this plan so that the process of interaction between the judicial system and the production sector can be effectively followed.
Referring to examples of past injuries, the doctor said: In some cases, it was seen that a producer was arrested due to a minor complaint, without expert examination and without the possibility of defense. Such an approach inflicts a heavy blow on capital and production motivation. From now on, it has been decided that in such cases, before any judicial action, a detailed investigation will be carried out and the opportunity to discuss and solve the problem will be provided; Its goal is that no economic operator is harmed due to a misunderstanding or a minor issue and the national capital is preserved.
The President continued: The government will sit with the producers and follow up their problems one by one. A new look is being formed in the matter of energy; All the capacities of the country to use solar energy should be activated.
The doctor emphasized: Today, we should no longer rely only on oil, gas, and gasoline; The sun is a permanent and pure source that God has given to man and can be the support of Iran’s future energy. With the cooperation of different departments, the development of solar panels in Qazvin province and throughout the country will be pursued so that sustainable energy and national production are on the path of growth.
In the final part of his speech, referring to the water recycling plan in the province, the president said: The issue of recycling is one of the valuable and strategic plans that can play an effective role in reducing the water crisis and optimizing consumption. Talked with the Governor of Qazvin in this regard and it has been decided to start the implementation of this plan with speed and accuracy. The government will use all its power to advance this plan so that the province’s industry and agriculture can benefit from the blessing of resource stability. At the same time, issues related to currency, regulations, taxes and customs are also on the agenda of specialized working groups and executive decisions are being reviewed. The government is at the service of economic activists to solve their problems without any excuses and based on the belief in justice and work.
Medicalians stated: Today, the belief of the national unity government is to respect the production and efforts of the people who turn the wheel of the country’s economy. The wrong view of the past, which saw the producer as the cause of inequality, contradicts the truth. A person who produces and provides jobs and life for tens of thousands of people deserves respect; A person who is unemployed does not create any development. If a country is to be appreciated, it must respect those who have preserved the dignity of the people through work and production. Unfortunately, sometimes the government creates problems for those who provide bread for the people, while our duty is to support such people. The government is proud of these hard workers and the goal is to provide a platform for them to continue their work with strength.
The President emphasized: The reality is that many of the enemies’ predictions about Iran’s internal turmoil are only dreams, and as the recent 12-day war of the Iranian nation showed, the people of this land, with unity and faith, turn all threats into opportunities. It is our honor to serve such people and the government is determined to solve their problems step by step with God’s help. In this regard, extensive powers have been assigned to the governors so that local problems can be solved without interruption and with a decision at the same level. The government’s approach is to decentralize and strengthen the authority of the provinces so that producers can work calmly and stably and have stable income.
The doctor praised the extensive investment in the province’s water projects and said: “A great work worthy of appreciation is taking shape in Qazvin.”
The President added: “With the unity and unity of the three powers, the Parliament, the Government and the Judiciary, we will overcome all problems, just as effective steps have been taken to overcome the energy crisis.” Last year at the same time, the country was facing a power outage, but now with careful management, stable electricity has been provided and the gas supply route is also being organized. The government’s decision is that in the near future, household gas consumption will gradually decrease and electricity will be replaced, so that gas can be allocated to industry and higher added value will be created for the country. In addition to economic benefits, this action will also make the environment healthier.
Medical experts emphasized: In the industry sector, including the automobile industry, the government’s new direction is to support the production of low-consumption and hybrid cars. The industry should move towards minimizing fuel consumption. Cars that consume 10 or even 25 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers will no longer be supported. Subsidies should be allocated to efficient production, not wasteful consumption. Now gasoline is purchased at a cost of over 60,000 Tomans and sold at a very low price, this imbalance is not rational. The path of reform should be started so that people’s livelihood, water, capital and employees’ rights are organized.
In the end, the president said: The national unity government will be with the people with perseverance and sincerity and will move forward with strength to solve the country’s problems in the fields of water, industry, livestock and energy. May God grant that, thanks to the unity and national trust, Iran will take a step in the path of honor, development and pride.
Before the beginning of the President’s speech, two important memorandums were signed in the field of infrastructure and investment.
First, “Drinking Water Transfer Project of Taleghan Dam to Qazvin”, which is implemented with the aim of sustainable supply of drinking water resources of the province, and second, “Construction of the first phase of Nasim Salamat large therapeutic tourism complex” which is designed with the approach of attracting capital and developing health tourism in the region.
Also, “Pakshu Industries Detergent Powder Phase II Development Plan” and “Soha Sanat Arta Company Seamless Steel Pipe Production Plan” were put into operation in Khorramdasht Industrial Town, which is an effective step in strengthening the industrial production chain of the province.
In addition, 4,972 national housing units were opened online and at the same time by the president in Qazvin province to speed up the process of housing for people.
